Teboho Bertocci is a senior program analyst & policy specialist for the National Education Association. For the last 20 years, she has worked to advance the professional growth of educators and students both nationally and internationally with the George Washington’s Mount Vernon Estate and Gardens, The National Gallery of Art, American Association of Colleges for Teacher Education, Georgetown University’s Center for Intercultural Education and Development, and the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards. Identifying learning needs and creating professional supports within big and small systems that make it possible for individuals to develop autonomy, share their voice, and engage in professional and personal growth is her passion. In her spare time, she is an Original Hot Yoga Association level 1 instructor and practitioner, dancer, believes that movement is critical to mental health and wellbeing and sees all forms of movement as unique paths for creative and spiritual expression.
