Theresa Thomas is COO and Co-Founder of BTW & Co., a women-owned consulting practice that provides growth/proposal management strategy and execution. Prior to founding BTW, for more than two decades Theresa built and led corporate proposal operations organizations and teams for federal contractors. She has specialized skills in the management of complex business development activities and cross-functional project teams on enterprise-wide initiatives. As a leader, Theresa is passionate about improving operations and efficiency, while providing professional development, coaching, and mentoring. In 2015 she attended her first Virginia Ska Festival (now Supernova International Ska Festival) where she fell in love with ska music, culture of equity and social justice, family-friendly vibe, and inclusive community. Theresa has attended every festival since. Theresa is also a founding member and current executive board member for The Nature Generation a 501c(3) organization inspiring environmental stewards since 2004. Theresa lives in Arlington, VA with her husband and two children – 3 cats, dog, and rabbit.
