Amplifying Talent is an educational and workforce development initiative created by Supernova Alliance to give students hands-on experience in live music production, media, and event management. Amplifying Talent students from Hampton University ran the livestream at the 2025 Supernova International Ska Festival livestream in September. The livestream reached fans in 40 states and 15 countries.
Supernova Alliance was created to connect communities through music and the arts.
We share a vision of a world where music transcends boundaries, unites diverse communities, and empowers individuals through education and cultural exchange.
Supernova has donated more than $50,000 to charity since 2020. This has included more than $30,000 that has gone to support music education programs at the Alpha Institute (Formerly Alpha Boys School) in Kingston, Jamaica. Alpha is one of the birthplaces of ska music.
